Hannah Montana 4th Season could be the last
AS Miley Cyrus’ relationship with Aussie beau Liam Hemsworth heats up, the Hannah Montana star is also leaving her hit TV show.
The Disney Channel series – about average teen “Miley Stewart” who secretly moonlights as pop star Hannah Montana – begins shooting its fourth season in late January but will wrap up in 2010.
The show still averages nearly 5 million viewers a week.
“You never know in this business . . . but right now we’re scheduled to wrap [forever] after shooting this new batch of episodes,” Disney Channel Worldwide’s Adam Bonnett, senior VP/programming, told the New York Post newspaper.
The fourth season will premiere “in late spring,” Bonnett says.
“The (new) episodes will continue to roll out at least over a full year,” he says.
